Nas' Ex Speaks about her Relationship with Jaz-Z
OK this girl no woman, cuz her azz looks old is seriously confused. She trys to justify sleeping with Jay-Z while she was with Nas by saying, you can't help who you fall in love with. The one point she forgets is you sure as hell can help how you fuck with when you got someone. Ok I digress, the history part of the drama with Jay-Z and Nas was fueled in part by her sleeping with Jay-Z while she was with Nas. Jay-Z blew it up in one of his battle raps against Nas. Damn this is sad for her, Jay-Z used her to get at Nas and yet she is delusional to the point in thinking that Jay-Z had some type of feelings for her WOW and if you believe it took a year for Jay-Z to hit I got a bridge I want to sell you in brooklyn. This chick is seriously on some kind of medication. Then she makes it worse by telling us she slept with Allen Iverson while he was married.
Ok let us assume she is a ho. As human beings you are at least suppose to learn from your mistakes at the end she says she would change anything she did and do it again in a heartbeat. I feel for her child someone call CPS. Damn I had to stop it right there take a look at it and judge for your self.

Beware of Bagged Spinach
Food and Drug Administration and state officials don’t know the cause of the outbreak, although raw, packaged spinach appears likely. “We’re advising people not to eat it,” said Dr. David Acheson of the FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.
Eight states were reporting a total of 50 cases of E. coli, Acheson said Thursday.
The outbreak has affected a mix of ages, but most of the cases have involved women, Acheson said. Further information on the person who died wasn’t available.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Wisconsin health officials alerted the FDA about the outbreak at midweek. Preliminary analysis suggested the same bug is responsible for the outbreak in all eight states.
The warning applied to consumers nationwide because of uncertainty over the origin of the tainted spinach and how widely it was distributed. Health officials did not know of any link to a specific growing region, grower, brand or supplier, Acheson said.

Review: Monday Night Football @ Dave and Busters
If you like watching football and being out in the spot then Monday's @ Dave and Busters is for you. The food is good, the price is reasonable about 10-15 a plate, and it is not to crowded you might even see a couple of Houston Texans in the spot. Plenty of TV to watch and if you want to really be in the spot they have a room where they blast music in between commercials.
Enjoy

The New Micosoft Zune - An Ipod Killer ?
As expected, Microsoft is busting out the Zune today, and we've got the rundown. Not a lot of surprises in the specs department, but they've confirmed the basics we've known for a while, like WiFi, 30GB of HDD, built-in FM, a 3-inch screen and the basic music, pictures and video playback. They also finally let slip the screen res -- an unsurprising QVGA -- and some better news on the codec front: the Zune supports h.264, MP3, AAC and WMA. As for ballyhoo, wireless Zune-to-Zune sharing is where the real action is at, and it works pretty much like we've been hearing: you can share a full-length track with a friend, and they've got three times to listen to it over a three day period, after which they can flag the song for purchase on the Zune Marketplace -- unless they're an unlimited "Zune Pass" subscriber, of course. You can also share playlists and pictures with your buddies, along with what we suppose are "unprotected" homemade recordings. So far Microsoft isn't mentioning Live Anywhere functionality, but they do hint heavily at future software updates to take even better advantage of the wireless capabilities. Of course, it all really comes down to matching your Zune with that snazzy new fall wardrobe of yours, and to that end the Zune comes in black, brown and white. Sadly, Microsoft still won't spill the beans on pricing and availability (other than a vague "this holiday season"), so we'll keep an eye out for that just like always.

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown Divorce
Whitney Houston has filed for separation from husband Bobby Brown, Houston's rep, Nancy Seltzer, has confirmed to PEOPLE.
A Houston friend tells PEOPLE of the singer, "She is doing fabulously well."
Houston, 43, and Brown, 39, wed on July 18, 1992. They have one daughter, Bobbi Kristina, 13.
This is kind of sad thou Whitney is arguably one of the greatest singers of my lifetime and to see her reduced to a crack head is sad. There has always been a running arguement if Bobby caused the drug use or if she would have done it any.

Electronic Voting Machines Easily Compromised
It's an old adage in politics that you need truckloads of money to get elected. Apparently you can now buy an election for what you'd spend in a few days on cups of coffee. Black Box Voting found that given $12 in tools, four minutes, and a little determination, you can access a Diebold voting machine's memory card, remove and replace it without a trace. This new development really isn't all that surprising given that it's been shown that these machines can be hacked in more than one way, even by monkeys. Concerned citizens, just switch to absentee paper ballots from now on -- it may be low-tech, but it's a hell of a lot more secure going the "old-fashioned" way.

Aretha Put On Some Damn Clothes
Aretha is the true Queen of R&B first. Second if you know anything about her history then you know she has been thru more than Whitney Houston and Mariah combined and I have been jamming her since my dad played "Pink Cadillac" for the first time, but can you put on some damn clothes.
